For 3 cups of rice: add 1/4 level teaspoon of Pierina Spice to the water as it‘s starting to boil.
For chicken soup: add a 2 teaspoon of Pierina Spice while cooking.
For baked chicken and vegetables: add a spoonful of Pierina Spice to chicken and sliced vegetables, salt and olive oil. Cover with tin foil and bake for about 90 minutes. Remove from oven and baste a few times while cooking.
