Kubbeh spice mix
Kubbeh, a stuffed dumpling, is a common food in the Middle East and is especially popular in Nazarene cuisine. Kubbeh is made of two main parts: a dough made of bulgur wheat and a filling usually made of fresh minced lamb meat.
